The association is responsible for common property which consists of a swimming pool, wading pool, basketball & tennis court, picnic area and park w/jogging track, and 3 children’s playgrounds.

Each townhouse unit owner is solely responsible for the exterior maintenance of their own unit including paint and repair. The association is responsible for repair and replacement of roofs, gutters and leaders when it becomes necessary. The Association is also responsible for all lawn maintenance and landscaping within the development, garbage collection and for all snow removal from driveways and sidewalks.
