The Sun Ridge condo/townhouses are 2 stories with 3 different models. The fees are per quarter year are: Single Famly - $220, Townhomes - $265, Condominiums - $285. In addition to the quarterly Master Assosciationfee, condominum owners pay a quarterly fee to their respective condominium association.
There are 8 tennis and 2 basketball courts, 3 playgrounds for toddlers, 2 shuffleboard courts and a 23 acre park with miles of jogging and bicycling paths.
